They inspire us. They surprise us. They provide us with joy, contentment, and a sense of companionship unlike any other. But most importantly, they teach us things about ourselves that we never recognized or even knew existed…and they ask for so little in return. They are our cats, and they are also an indisputable part of who and what we are.

This is the story of three ordinary felines who took the journey through life with my family over the course of two decades. Included are interesting stories and anecdotes chronicling the lives of these three pets as recalled from my memory and past personal experiences.
